What should you expect with Insanity Max 30?
INSANITY MAX 30 is a dynamic training program that includes high intensity intervals, cardio, and resistance moves to blast fat and build lean muscle in 2 months! As soon as you adjust to month 1’s workouts – he ups the intensity in month 2 with new workouts.
What do the modifications in Insanity MAX 30 look like?
Shaun T has also commented on the modifier option in INSANITY MAX 30 because if you did Insanity …you know the modifications aren’t great. This is so much better. You can actually keep your eyes on the modifier during the whole workout.
Are you ready to MAX OUT?
This reminds me of Crossfit because you go as hard as you can for as long as you can. When you can’t do anymore, that’s your “max out” You want to track your Max Out times to see how you improve throughout the 60 day program.
What's my favorite part of Insanity Max 30?
You get 2 off days!!! HAHA! You also can see how far you can push yourself as well which is pretty cool. If you are into extreme workouts this is like the mack daddy!
What do the workouts look like?
Each workout focused on intervals kind of like HIIT or Tabatta training. The moves are simple to get the footwork, but the are really intense moves. You will give each move your all, and after 3 moves you get a short break. The design of the workout is to help you burn more fat than traditional cardio.
What if I don't want to jump?
You don’t have to – the modifier doesn’t jump either.
